Log Message:

Renamed old 'ddt.web' to 'ddt.view', and added new 'ddt.web' that publishes
a directory of test documents.  So, using::

    peak ddt.web src/peak/ddt/tests

would display a list of test documents in your browser, letting you click
on the documents to run the tests and display the results.
